To ensure a pleasant and safe stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Any booking implies acceptance of the present house rules.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated at the time of booking.
The estate is a place of peace and serenity. Please respect the tranquility of the premises.
Parties and events are only allowed with prior approval from management.
Pets are not allowed.

2. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

Accommodation
All equipment and facilities must be used with care. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Ashtrays are available outside.
The use of candles and incense is strictly forbidden.
Please report any anomalies or breakdowns to the management.
In case of emergency, contact the estate manager immediately.

Lake and Surroundings
Swimming in the lake is unsupervised and under the full responsibility of the guests.
Diving from the pontoon is strictly forbidden.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Access to the lake is prohibited at night.
No safety signs are in place — each guest is responsible for their own safety.
Use of personal boats is allowed upon prior declaration and compliance with safety instructions.
Barbecues and campfires are only permitted in designated areas.
Do not leave litter in nature. Please use the bins provided.
The use of motorboats is strictly prohibited, except for the boat provided by the estate.

3. HOUSE RULES

Please maintain cleanliness of the premises. A check-in and check-out inspection will be carried out.
Waste sorting must be respected according to the instructions provided on site.
Furniture and equipment must not be moved without prior authorization.
Outdoor amplified music must be approved by management.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

A €3,000 security deposit is required before check-in. It may be withheld in the event of any damage found at departure.
Any damage or breach of the rules may result in full or partial withholding of the deposit.
The deposit must be paid via bank transfer or card pre-authorization and will be refunded within 7 days after departure if no damage is found.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, immediate eviction without refund may apply.

5. DEPARTURE AND FINAL INSPECTION

The accommodation must be left in a clean and orderly condition. If the cleaning is deemed insufficient, cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.
Any missing or damaged items will be charged.
Departure times must be respected to allow for the preparation of upcoming arrivals.
