With its 400 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to 15 guests and features 9 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 with flexible bed configurations that can be arranged as twin beds, as well as 3 bathrooms full of old-world charm.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace, or settle in for a home cinema experience.

In Harmony with Water and Nature

A lakeside sauna with stunning views of the lake, a spacious garden, a private dock, a private beach, and exclusive access to the lake.

All outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for your group, allowing you to fully unwind and enjoy a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.

Your Private Home

The house is always rented in its entirety, to a single group, for exclusive use throughout the stay.

A fixed base rate applies to groups of 1 to 8 guests. For groups of more than 8 guests, the rate varies according to the number of guests staying at the property.

Important: Renting the house for a stay is strictly intended for accommodation purposes only. Parties, receptions, and private events are not permitted as part of a standard accommodation booking. Any event must be requested in advance and requires a separate booking arrangement with Domaine de Rountz.

The number of bedrooms made available depends on your booking, based on two guests per bedroom. Additional bedrooms may be opened upon request, subject to an extra charge, without increasing the number of guests permitted to stay at the property. The maximum number of guests remains strictly limited to the number specified in your booking.

The estate benefits from 24/7 on-site security, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.

Please note: The lake is a natural body of water and is unsupervised and unsecured. Anyone accessing the lake does so at their own risk.
